Data use boundary
Chart data tables uploaded by users may contain business data or unpublished indicators; the system is only used to parse dynamic chart elements and generate preview structures, and the data should not be used for public display, model promotion, or reuse in unrelated projects. Natural language prompts and structured parameters are saved to the project record to facilitate version tracking and export auditing. Current 10 role review supplements: data_table is only used for current project chart analysis and dynamic structure generation, and may not be used for model promotion, marketing statistics, cross-project reuse or irrelevant logs. ; Users must be prompted not to upload unnecessary personally identifiable information, payment information, health information, keys, credentials or unauthorized secrets before uploading. ;Exported reports and structured JSON must not contain the full text of the original table by default unless the user explicitly selects and acknowledges the risk. ; The deletion policy must separately describe the retention or deletion differences of projects, prompts, data_table original files, parsed structures, exported files, approval records, audit events, rollback snapshots and backups. ; Workspace isolation must cover projects, records, runs, approvals, audit events, rollback snapshots, and export jobs.
Data retention
Projects, prompts, structured parameters, rule diagnosis and export tasks are retained for 180 days by default; users can delete projects. After deletion, the site's workflow records and export task references will no longer be used to generate new files, but files that have been downloaded to the local by users will not be affected by the site's deletion.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product is used to generate and edit rule-driven dynamic graphics, chart animations and text animations. AI's parsing of natural language rules may fail or be misunderstood, and the system must display the true cause of failure; the exported results must be reviewed by the user themselves, and financing, user numbers, or promotional slogans should not be regarded as proof of functional effectiveness.
Rollback only refers to restoring the dynamic effect project structure, rule diagnosis records, export task status or workflow stage in this site to the previous version; this product is not connected to an external production system, so it will not and cannot roll back external platforms, material libraries or published content.
